• Free Zone Ruse is the biggest and most developed free zone in Bulgaria. Its common area is 180 hectares industrial land. Out of 180 hectares, built up are only 50 hectares. Great interest on behalf of foreign investors in the Zone are already becoming a fact.
• The French company "Montupet" will start the construction of a factory for production of motor parts on the terrain of Industrial Park in Ruse at the end of the 2006. The company will invest over 70 million BGN, and the project will last 3 years.
• The Spanish company "Keros Ceramica" SA will build a factory for ceramic tiles on territory of Industrial Zone - Ruse. Main object of company's activity is the production and realization of high-quality of faience and terracotta tiles.
• The plot is situated on 70 km from the golf course to be constructed in Razgrad, near the famous place Pchelina. The golf course is over 600 decares area. In the region there is a small dam.
• The plot St. Anna is situated on a hill overlooking the lake of Nikolovo and the forests of the National Park Lipnik. Buildings of certain size would be overlooking the river Danube as well. It neighbours a beech forest to the west. In a close proximity is the Ruse State Stable where competitions are held on an international level. There is an operating Canoe Kayak rowing base. Rounds of republican championships for rowing are held here.
• St. Anna is 100 km away from the UNESCO protected bird-reserve Srebarna.
• Near to St. Anna, 20 km south-easterly from Ruse is located Natural park "Rusenski Lom". Area of 3260 hectares from the river valley of Cherni, Beli, Malki and Rusenski Lom.
• 70 km away from St. Anna, in the region of town Isperih is situated a Thracian tomb in a village Sveshtari, which is included in the UNESCO's List of World and Cultural heritage.

• 37 km from St. Ana, in the valley of the river Lom, there is a Mediaeval town Cherven - the biggest mediaeval settlement with a stronghold near the river Cherni Lom.
